In 2019, the "Rameckers Sheet Metal Center" was completed. The ultra-modern production facility meets the highest technological requirements and sets new standards in the field of metal processing. Our company is one of the most modern sheet metal production facilities on the Lower Rhine - perhaps even in the whole of Germany. From classic bending to complex laser welding, we offer a wide range of services that leaves nothing to be desired.
We use modern tools, for example for laser cutting. Sheet metal processing is carried out with our TruLaser Weld 5000 laser welding robot and the TruLaser 3030 fiber laser cutting machine, which also enables the processing of large formats. Various press brakes, rollers and a swivel bending machine round off the modern machine park. This means we can guarantee you products of the highest quality.
Precise welding and cutting results
through the use of lasers
Laser cutting is carried out with our flatbed laser TruLaser 3030 fiber, which can shape materials with a thickness of up to 25 millimeters. For laser welding, we use the TruLaser Weld 5000, a high-accuracy robot that can weld steel, stainless steel and aluminum with high repeat accuracy.
For example, bending is carried out with the Trumpf TruBend 5130 press brake, which impresses with a bending length of 3230 millimeters and a pressing force of 130 tons. In addition, a modern swivel bending machine from RAS is available in the "Rameckers Blechzentrum" in Nettetal. Various rollers and the manual welding processes TIG and MIG/MAG complete our wide range of services for sheet metal processing.
