infrared systems
Heating solutions with infrared technology.
infrared systems
Light-based heating systems
And let there be light. Infrared energy is particularly impressive in the heating process due to the special feature that not only does the heat emitted by the heating elements contribute to heating the body being illuminated, but the emitted wavelength is also absorbed by the body and thus converted into energy. We offer systems with different radiator systems and wavelength spectra.
What is NIR and how does infrared radiation affect my product? Let's find out. In our technical center we have a variety of different systems to determine the ideal heating concept for you.
Infrared types
Short-Wave, Medium-Wave, Long-Wave
NIR Near-infrared
Near-infrared radiation comes from a wavelength of 800 and 2,500 nanometers. This very bright light is often referred to as a bright radiator and is characterized by its penetration depth, depending on the absorption capacity of the irradiated product. Another advantage is the rapid heating and cooling rate, which makes it particularly suitable for batch processes.
Medium and long-wave radiators
Medium and long-wave infrared applications are particularly suitable for drying processes and long-running processes. As a rule, very energy-saving heating systems can be produced with these for a wide range of tasks.
Which system is right for you? Let's find out together!
Wide or Long
Different designs depending on the task
Infrared systems are suitable for almost all designs. Whether long continuous systems, compact stationary systems or wide systems for heating web goods, etc. Thanks to a modular arrangement of the respective radiator systems, these can be used both horizontally and vertically.
A combination of infrared technology and other forms of energy such as hot air and/or microwaves is also conceivable. Did you know, for example, that a product has different properties depending on the temperature and therefore may react differently to the radiation applied to it? This understanding of the product and process allows an ideal design of the required system technology
