​This cutting system for tire balancing weights was specially developed for processing endless balancing weights on rolls, so-called "weight level wound rolls", and endless segment weights. The cutting systems are available in different versions. As a compact cutting system, the material unrolling and assembly take place in one device to save space. Special compact individual units were developed for integration into balancing lines.

The "Wheel Weight" balancing weights on rolls are available in packages between 90-120 kg, depending on the type. Individual functions have been divided into compact modules for easy retrofitting into existing balancing lines.

​Base unit
The base unit serves as a material storage facility. From here, the weight strand is unwound without tension and transferred to other transport units or the cutting unit via roll pullers. To enable continuous operation, an integrated splice unit can be used to connect the end of the empty roll to the beginning of a new roll. The connection point is detected on the cutting unit and cut off separately.

Intermediate transporter
In order to overcome long distances between the material supply in the base station and the assembly unit, intermediate transporters are available that ensure tension-free material transport even over long distances.

Cutting unit
The required weight is assembled in the cutting unit. The balancing line requests the required weight through direct communication with the balancing line. In the manual version, the worker then removes the requested weight. In the version with a robot transfer station, the weight is transferred directly to a gluing robot.
