We have over 40 years of experience in the manufacture and design of microwave systems for industrial heating. In customer-specific projects, we first analyze the task. What goods are to be heated, how reactive is the product to the microwave radiation and what effect can we achieve with this heating method.
For the design, we have a technical center at our disposal where we can analyze materials and carry out joint tests on demo systems.

Microwave types
Magnetron technology
Generating microwaves using magnetrons and high-voltage generators can also be described as the "classic" type of microwave. This technology can generate frequencies of 915 MHz, or the more common frequencies of 2,450 MHz in Europe. These systems are available in a variety of different power classes.
Semiconductor technology – Solid State
Solid-state technology can be described as the "new" form of microwave technology. Here, the microwave is generated using a semiconductor. The frequency band between 2400 - 2500 MHz that can be accessed with this opens up completely new possibilities in industrial heating.

Compact microwave systems

With the compact microwave, we have created a standardized system in which the superstructure, the so-called reactor chamber, is individually tailored to the customer's project. The basic basis of the machine is identical for power classes between 500 watts and 10 kW.
The combination of standardization and individualization allows us to reduce project durations and costs without compromising on functionality.

Continuous flow systems are our specialty. Starting with rubber strands, our continuous flow systems are now used for a wide range of different products and applications
